ShredMode Support
Need help with ShredMode? We support installation questions, local-first account/data deletion, Google connection issues, AI feature issues, Google Drive backup and restore, Apple Health permissions, and bug reports.
Response Time
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days.
Bug Report Instructions
When contacting support, please include:
- Your device model
- Your iOS version
- The version of ShredMode you are using
- A short description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if available
- Screenshots, if they help explain the problem
Backup and Restore Help
For backup or restore issues, tell us whether Google is connected and describe what happened when you tried to create, view, delete, or restore a Drive backup.
Privacy and Data Requests
ShredMode includes in-app deletion under Account & Data > Delete Account & Data. For privacy questions, deletion assistance, or other data rights requests, email support@quietfieldtechnologies.com with the subject line “ShredMode Privacy Request.”
If your request relates to optional connected features, include the email address associated with your Google connection, if applicable.
AI and Apple Health Notes
AI estimates require explicit in-app AI data-sharing consent, which can be revoked in Account & Data. If your issue involves Apple Health, mention whether step count and active energy permissions were granted for ShredMode in the Health app.
