Delete ShredMode Account & Data
Last updated: July 8, 2026
In ShredMode, open Account & Data, then choose Delete Account & Data.
This deletes local ShredMode data on the device and, when Google Drive and/or iCloud backup is connected, deletes app-created cloud backups for those connections. Local backup files you exported yourself remain where you saved them.
Workouts or other samples already written to Apple Health are not automatically removed by deleting ShredMode data. Manage those records in the iOS Health app if you want them deleted.
Optional connected features
- Google connection: use Account & Data > Disconnect Googleif you only want to disconnect Google without deleting local data.
- iCloud backup: use Account & Data to disconnect iCloud backup without deleting local data, or use Delete Account & Data to remove app-created iCloud backups when connected.
- AI data sharing: use Account & Data > AI Data Sharingto revoke AI data-sharing consent.
- Apple Health: manage ShredMode Health permissions and historical Health records in the iOS Health app or iOS Settings.
- Sign in with Apple: you can also stop Apple ID access for ShredMode in iOS Settings under your Apple ID apps using Sign in with Apple.
