Need help with ShredMode? We support installation questions, account and sign-in issues, AI feature issues, backup and restore questions, Apple Health permissions, and bug reports.
Response Time

Bug Report Instructions
When contacting support, please include:
- Your device model
- Your iOS version
- The version of ShredMode you are using
- A short description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if available
- Screenshots, if they help explain the problem
Backup and Restore Help
For backup or restore issues, please tell us whether you connected a Google account and describe what happened when you tried to create, view, or restore a backup.
Privacy and Data Requests
For privacy-related questions, data deletion requests, or other data rights requests related to ShredMode, email support@quietfieldtechnologies.com with the subject line “ShredMode Privacy Request.”
If your request relates to optional connected features, please include the email address associated with your Google connection, if applicable.
Apple Health Note
If your issue involves Apple Health step data, please mention whether Health permissions were granted and whether step access is currently enabled for ShredMode in the Health app.
